- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Dark chocolate - 3/4 stack.
- Walnuts - 3/4 stack.
- Butter - 120 g
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Banana - 2 PCs
- Vanilla essence - 1.5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Banana cupcake with chocolate and nuts
Whisk the softened butter to cream. Gradually add the sugar.
Then enter the eggs one by one beat well.
Bananas cut into pieces and grind in a blender to puree state.
Nuts and chocolate grind in a blender into crumbs of medium size. Stir the nuts and chocolate, adding 1 tbsp flour.
In the egg-oil mixture add the banana puree, lemon juice, flavoring (I added banana liqueur). Beat. Flour mixed with baking powder, soda, salt. Add to liquid ingredients, mix well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and lightly flour loaf pan. Spread 1/3 of the batter into the form.
Sprinkle with half of chocolate-nut mixture, spread another third of dough, sprinkle with nuts. Then spread remaining dough. Bake 1 hour 5 minutes. The finished cake to cool.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with a sugar glaze
I have left the dough and walnut mixture, perhaps because of the small size of the form. Of this amount, I got 6 muffins.
