Indian kitchen is a storehouse of recipes with lots of spices. The main spice in India is considered to be curry, it is added in a large number of traditional dishes. Many Indian dishes are gaining and we are increasingly popular. One of those fragrant and spicy curries Ceylon. Instead of salt, I added soy sauce.

Step by step instruction of cooking Curry Ceylon

In the bowl of a blender, add 2 tbsp of water, one roughly chopped onion, ginger and garlic, chop.

Heat in a pan 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the cooked mixture of onion and ginger, curry powder and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Pour in the middle of the broth, the coconut milk, stir.

Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, stir, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp. of soy sauce and cumin, cook until tender pepper.

Put the fried chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Then add shredded coconut, slices of tomatoes without skins and a little more stew until soft tomato.
Serve hot, garnished with coconut and parsley. For a side dish you can serve boiled rice.
