Ingredients for Rice with dried mushrooms and scrambled eggs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Milk - 20 ml
- Figure - 1 package.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Spices
- Salt - to taste
- Mushrooms - 1 Gorst.
- Vegetable oil
- Dill - 0,5 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with dried mushrooms and scrambled eggs

A bag of rice to boil in podsolenny water according to the instructions on the package. Mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. ( I have birch and aspen).

Onion cut into half rings and a couple of minutes to fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms drain in a colander and drain off liquid. Add to the onions. Pour 100 ml of water, the fire abated and cook for 20 minutes.

After a time all the liquid should evaporate. Add the mushrooms to the rice, soy sauce, salt and spices. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Dill finely chop and add to the dish, stir. The fire off.

Beat eggs with salt and milk. Bake in a well heated pan pancake-omelette with two sides. Allow to cool and cut into strips.
When serving rice with mushrooms cut the omelet at the edge of a plate.
