For my the most was cooking these meatballs. Liked dish by all, without exception! It's quick and easy! Try!
Ingredients for Meatballs with courgette, millet, and cheese
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Pepper - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Millet - 1 package.
- Dutch cheese - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 Cup.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatballs with courgette, millet, and cheese
Prepare the products.
Boil until tender in lightly salted water 1 bag of millet. I use millet TM "Mistral". Cool.
Zucchini peel and seeds. Three on a grater.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes.
In a deep Cup put the minced meat. Add grated zucchini and boiled millet. Here the three on a fine grater onion.
Add salt to taste. Mix well.
Cut slices of cheese.
Take a small portion of meat and make a cake. Inside the tortilla put 2 slices of cheese. Join the edges of the pellet.
Shape the meatballs.
Put cooked meatballs in a greased deep pan. Add the chopped pepper. Put the pan on the fire.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a Cup put the tomato paste and herbs (1-2 tbsp dill). Salt. Stir, gradually adding milk.
Meatballs with pepper fry for 3 minutes.
Then add the prepared sauce.
Simmer meatballs for 20 minutes.
Serve, adding the fresh herbs.
