Ingredients for Rice with shrimp and olives
- Figure - 190 g
- Shrimp - 100 g
- Green olives - 10 PCs
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Greens - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Rice with shrimp and olives
Rice TM Mistral boiled until tender.
Rubbed on a medium grater carrots, then saute until soft.
To the carrots and added shredded pepper, all mixed, and stew for about 5 minutes.
Rice is added.
Added boiled and peeled shrimp.
Added shredded tomato, salt, pepper, all mixed and kept at low heat for another 10 minutes.
At the end added diced egg...
... and cut into slices olives.
All is again well mixed, and when serving sprinkle with herbs.
