Meatloaf comes out tender, moderately sweet, with chunks of juicy pineapple! Time to prepare is not a lot. Good for home drinking tea with relatives.
Ingredients for Roll "tropikanka"
- Flour - 75 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Potato starch - 25 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Water - 3 tbsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Curd - 200 g
- Coconut milk - 250 ml
- Pineapple - 1/2 stack.
- Syrup pineapple - 6 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Condensed milk
- Coconut shavings
Step by step instruction of cooking Roll "tropikanka"
Gelatin soak for 20 minutes in the pineapple syrup at room temperature.
Mix cottage cheese, coconut milk, lemon juice, pineapple and 3 table. sugars. Dissolve gelatin over low heat or in the microwave (to boil not to bring).
Mix 2 tablespoons of "coconut curd" dissolved and cooled to room temperature, the gelatin and then stir to the main curd mass. Refrigerate for 10-20 minutes until cream starts to gilyovtsa.
Whisk the egg whites with sugar and ice water in a lush foam.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the sifted starch.
