- Flour - 250 g

Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate chip cookies with ricotta
Chocolate and butter to melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
To the slightly cooled mixture add the egg, ricotta, Jerusalem artichoke syrup (or sugar), a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Mix well. Add the flour and again mix well.
Of dough roll into balls and lay them on a baking sheet, the laid parchment baking paper. Slightly flatten with a fork, sprinkle with sesame seeds, crushed nuts or coconut chip.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
In this recipe instead of sugar I used Jerusalem artichoke syrup. Taste cookies from this completely untouched.
