Cake-the cheesecake "Recognition"

Today, four years since I registered on "the Cook". I want to say thanks to all of you, dear cooks, for support, for trust in my recipes, for your friendship. Offer to come over for a Cup of tea or coffee and enjoy a wonderful, very tender and tasty pie-cheesecake.
Ingredients for Cake-the cheesecake "Recognition"
- Butter - 125 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla - 1 g
- Curd - 1 kg
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Leavening agent - 18 g
- Pudding vanilla - 1 Pach.
- Semolina - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake-the cheesecake "Recognition"
Cottage cheese (fat content not important, but the cheese should be dry. This is a must!) pass the sauce through a fine sieve. It grind! No blenders and combines.
Mix in a separate bowl, pudding, baking powder, semolina and vanilla. My pudding was vanilla, so I did not add vanilla.
Soft butter, add sugar and whip (whisk 5-7 minutes).
One by one add all the eggs, whisking each time 1-2 minutes, lemon juice.
5-6 receptions add grated cheese and gently stir with a spatula (not a whisk!)
Add the dry mixture, mix well with a spatula. The dough will be thick, viscous.
Spread the batter in greased with vegetable oil Cup multivarki.
Select mode "Baking" and set to 1 hour 10 mins Focus on their MV! Readiness check wooden splinter - if dry, then take out.
Use the bowl for cooking for a couple take out a pie and give it to cool completely. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
