Turkey kebab skewers you can cook as in a conventional way on the grill outdoors, at home, on the grill pan. Delicious is anyway. Beautiful, juicy and delicious!

Ingredients for Skewers of Turkey with pineapple
- Breast of Turkey - 300 g
- Pineapple - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tabasco - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Skewers of Turkey with pineapple
The Turkey breast wash and dry.
Cut into small cubes.
Ginger RUB on a small grater, garlic skip through the press.
Ginger, garlic, Tabasco sauce (to taste) and soy sauce (Kikkoman TM) mix.
The resulting sauce add to meat.
Stir and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Pineapple peel and cut into small cubes.
Strung on skewers alternately with Turkey meat and pineapple.
Grease the skewers with vegetable oil.
The grill pan to warm up. Lay out the skewers.
Sauté until tender on medium heat.
