Tasty, rich and succulent appetizer! Great idea for a buffet table.
Ingredients for Asian meatballs
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chili - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Ginger
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Asian meatballs

Garlic and ginger peel, grate on a fine grater.
Onion and chilli very finely chopped.
Add to the stuffing.

Beat egg with soy sauce (Kikkoman TM), add to the stuffing.

Starch diluted in 1 tbsp cold water.
Add to mince, knead well.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Wetting hands with hot water, roll into meatballs the size of walnuts and put into a form at a distance from each other.

Brush to grease each meatball with teriyaki sauce.
Bake 5 minutes, flip, brush with sauce, bake for another 5 minutes.
Again flip, brush with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 5 minutes.

Serve the hot meatballs as an appetizer on skewers.
