During the Christmas holidays we prepare a variety of tasty nutritious dishes, but many of us try to stick to a diet. I want to offer the option delicious, but it is absolutely not high-calorie dessert that will surely enjoy not only sitting on a diet. The recipe was found on the Internet and prepared many times. With a minimum of effort get a very delicious cheesecake with a slight aroma and taste of lemon. Highly recommend to fans of delicate cream cakes!
Ingredients for Low-calorie cheesecake
- Cookies - 150 g
- Apple juice - 50 ml
- Curd - 400 g
- Yogurt - 350 g
- Chicken egg - 1,5 PCs
- Starch - 1.5 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 3,5 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.

Added to liver juice and knead the dough. The dough will be like clay. Spread the dough in a detachable form and distribute a thin layer on the bottom and to a height of about 4 cm on the sides of the form.
