- Potatoes - 800 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Canned mushrooms - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Potato nests with mushrooms
Finely chop the onion and fry until Golden color with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Add the marinated chanterelles and sour cream. Fry a couple of minutes.
Boil potatoes in salted water, mash, add the egg and finely grated cheese (about 30 g). Again mash well.
Give the potato mixture to cool slightly, place in a pastry bag and transplant on a baking sheet, covered with foil, in the form of nests.
Spread into the recesses mushrooms with sour cream. Cheese to grate and sprinkle on top.
Send for 20 minutes in a preheated 200°C oven.
