Hello! The site has a salad with the same name, but on the preparation and composition changes. Salad turns out very tender, juicy. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Salad "Fussy"
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 1 ban.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Crab sticks - 1 cat.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Fussy"

The eggs boil hard boiled, clean. Onions cut into half rings. Carrots chop on a grater for Korean carrot.

In skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil to smoke. Add the onion and sugar. Mix well. Fry until nice Golden color. Remove from the pan into a Cup to cool.

In a frying pan, where grilled onions, add remaining vegetable oil, carrots and soy sauce. Fry, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender. Cool.

Chop eggs, add to the onions.

Add chopped crab sticks and marinated mushrooms cut into 4 pieces.

In mayonnaise (I use homemade, own production), add a mixture of peppers and garlic powder. Mix well.

To add to the salad chilled carrots, mayonnaise and mix well. Put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make all products good "friends" with each other.
