Corn doughnuts with Apple puree

I really like cornmeal. I like to add it to baked goods. In the soup to thicken. I love corn bread. These doughnuts also on corn flour and beloved yogurt.
Ingredients for Corn doughnuts with Apple puree
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Fruit puree - 0,5 stack.
- Yogurt - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 3,5 tbsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Corn flour - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Lemon peel - 0,5 PCs
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 package.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Corn doughnuts with Apple puree
Separately mix the corn flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon zest makoterty.
In a bowl, mixing with a fork beat the egg with sugar.
In egg mass add the applesauce, yogurt, melted butter. Stir.
Gradually pour mixture to flour mixture. Knead until a soft, elastic dough, slightly stick to hands.
The dough is left to rest for 20-30 minutes.
To take part of the test. First, make a bun, then with your finger push the middle of the hole and a little on my finger to twist. Received doughnut to put in hot vegetable oil. Spread the rest of the donuts so they do not touch each other. I usually put 3 donuts. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
The donuts lay out on baking paper to soak up excess oil. Hot sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Flour can go more. Depends on the size of eggs, thickness of puree and yogurt.
