Very simple but tasty dish. The piquancy gives him meat, marinated in wostershire sauce.
Ingredients for Beef with buckwheat
- Beef - 400 g
- Buckwheat - 1.5 stack.
- Sauce-marinade - 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Coriander - 1/2 tsp.
- Zira - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Beef with buckwheat
Cut the meat into thin strips, pour wostershire sauce, mix well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for as much as possible. I kept the clock and 40 minutes, the longer standing, the tastier.
Onions cut into half rings. In a saucepan with a thick bottom or a pot roast on a mixture of vegetable and olive oils onion until Golden brown.
Add the marinated meat and mix well. Close the lid and fry until then, until you leave the liquid on low heat.
Buckwheat rinse well and dry.
Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
To the meat add the mushrooms, spices, salt, pepper, mix everything and cook under closed lid till all the liquid from the mushrooms.
Add the buckwheat and cover with water so that it covers the buckwheat somewhere in the width of one finger (the little finger), bring to boil, check for salt and cook with the lid closed, will not evaporate yet all the liquid. Then mix well, cover, turn off the heat, cover with a towel and let stand for 10 minutes.
