- Fish fillets - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Apple juice - 3/4 stack.
- Tomato - 3 PCs
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish in tomato-Apple sauce
Cut onion finely and fry on low heat until soft.
Add the tomatoes, honey, herbs and fry a little.
Add the juice and stew 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190C.
Put half of the sauce on the bottom of the form in which we bake.
To cook the fish: wash, dry, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put in the sauce.
Put the remaining sauce, cover with foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
