Simple cheesecake without the extra "weight": no flour, no semolina, no Izyumov-candied fruit. Surprisingly light, airy and incredibly tasty, with a delicate structure of soufflé. Recommend.
Ingredients for Air pudding soufflé
- Curd - 400 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Starch - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 package.
- Salt - 1/5 tsp.
- Butter - 10 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Air pudding soufflé
Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees C.
Eggs divided into whites and yolks.
In a bowl put the cheese, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and starch.
Beat with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.
Separately, beat whites with a pinch of salt in a lush foam mass.
Pour the beaten egg whites into the cheese mass.
Shovel and mix up the proteins in the cottage cheese folding movements.
Spread in a greased form (the size of my 18 x 22 cm)
Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until Browning.
Casserole in the oven much older, but then drops off, this is normal and does not affect the taste.
Cool pie to warm or very cold and start eating it.
Tasty, tender, sweet and requires no add-ons!
