Dear Cooks, I want to offer a healthy, delicious salad that is easy and quick to cook. Prepare spicy salad with sea cabbage, and this recipe will be a frequent guest at your table.
Ingredients for Salad "Health"
- Seaweed - 1 ban.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green onions - to taste
- Pickled cucumber - 1 piece
- Green peas - 3 tbsp.
- Apple - 1 piece
- Sour cream - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Health"

Eggs, carrots (I cooked) and cucumber cut into strips (or cubes). If you have raw carrots, then grate it on a coarse grater. Onion thin half-rings.

Green onions finely chop. Grate the Apple on a coarse grater (I did not).

Add the seaweed, green peas.

Mix all the ingredients. Add pepper and salt to taste.
