Duck legs with fruit

Duck + fruit, one of the most delicious combinations. And soy sauce will give the dish with the French early Oriental notes. Recommend.
Ingredients for Duck legs with fruit
- Duck - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Orange - 1 piece
- Quince - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Red sweet pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Cranberries - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Duck legs with fruit

Duck legs, wash, dry. The skin gently to remove without tearing and leave the bone. Coat meat with a mixture of peppers.

Pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce. I use naturally sweet cooked sauce TM Kikkoman.

RUB sauce thoroughly, cover and leave to marinate from 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Orange cut out 2 washers, put on the leg, covering the skin.

Secure with toothpicks.

Put on hot pan skin down, fry in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes on high heat, then 5 minutes on average.

Flip the legs to increase the heat.
Quince cut into large slices, remove the seed box and put it to the meat. Sear on all sides.

Pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce, fry a couple of minutes.

Pour in the wine, cover, reduce the heat and simmer the duck until tender, from 20 to 45 minutes.

Duck ( remove toothpicks ) and quince spread on a dish, and the remaining in the pan add the cranberries, juice of 1/2 orange (about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons), boil for a few minutes.
Can this mass grind in a blender, or pound and strain,
but I like this "rough" sauce.

Go set the table. To duck add grilled onions and peppers, serve red wine.
