- Mushrooms - 15 PCs
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml

Boil the beets in salted water for 30 minutes.
But if you like soft beets, cook until tender.

Boil the rice until tender in any way.
Cooked beets and rinse with cold water.
