This is a recipe from the modern "Books about tasty and healthy food". The fish turns out tender, with a slight carrot flavor, a nice orange hue and not at all dry!) Prepare it with mashed potatoes and greens - it's delicious and healthy!

- Cod - 600 g
- Carrot juice - 200 ml
- Lemon - 1 lomt.
- Butter - 50 g
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice - 3 PCs
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cod in carrot juice

Squeeze carrot juice (it took me 4 carrots to get 200 ml of juice). But you can buy ready, but take it without sugar.

Pour the juice in a pan, add butter, Bay leaf, lemon wedge, pepper and salt. A little warmed, to the melted butter.
