Traditionally pancakes are served with honey and sour cream, and I combined those two ingredients and it turned out sweet and creamy flavor with a slight honey aroma.

- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 240 g
- Yeast - 3 g
- Water - 240 ml
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil
- Chicken egg - 1 piece

The products required.
First make the pancakes. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt, sugar and gradually introduce the sifted flour.
Knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with a towel, put in warm place to rise. Coming up the dough increases in 2-3 times. Then add the egg, gently stir and again let the dough come up, then you can bake pancakes.
On a heated pan with vegetable oil put the dough with a wet spoon.
