- Yeast - 0.5 tsp.
- Curd - 150 g
- Yogurt - 150 ml
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Flour - 140 g
- Dill - 3 tbsp.
- Sour cream - to taste
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cottage cheese pancakes with dill
Cheese, yogurt, eggs mix.
Sugar, flour, yeast and salt to mix.
To combine the cheese and flour mixture, add the dill, pepper, stir cover and put in warm place for 45 minutes.
