The dish is served in one of the restaurants of Hong Kong. The fish in this recipe turns out very tender, beautiful and fragrant, disperses the fibers, and the marinade gives it a wonderful taste. Very tasty!

For the marinade mix soy sauce with sugar.
Bow to break it and add to the marinade.
Ginger cut into large chunks.
Rinse cod fillet and release from the bones.
Immerse in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour (no more, since the fish is marinated very quickly and can be salty). Periodically turn the fish for even marinating.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. The fish put on the grill, down to substitute pan or baking dish lined with foil for draining excess juice from fish. Therefore, the pieces of fish will not soak. Bake the fish for 10-15 minutes (depending on power of Your oven and size of pieces). Remove the fish from the oven and lay it on paper towels to dry. Slightly coat the fish pieces with a liquid honey.
To serve pour a little balsamic on the plate, in the center put mashed potatoes on a piece of fish. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
