The milk is heated to 38-40 degrees, add the yeast "SAF-Moment" and stir.
Add the sugar, stir until dissolved. Drive egg (room temperature), salt.
Pour the flour, stirring constantly. Get dough, like liquid sour cream.
Capacity cover and leave in a warm place until increased in volume two times.
Put in the dough, the blueberries (if frozen - do not thaw!), mix well.
The pan heat, pour oil. A tablespoon pour the dough and bake pancakes. I call it "on Russian manners"
