- Apple - 300 g
- Milk - 300 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Flour - 160 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple yeast pancakes
Apples peel and grate.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and dry yeast "SAF-Moment"
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and cinnamon
Add the eggs to the warm milk.
Beat with a whisk.
Add the flour with the yeast. Beat with a whisk.
Add the grated apples. Mix well.
Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
