- Milk - 500 ml
- Semolina - 300 g
- Flour - 160 g

- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Vanilla - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Yeast pancakes with semolina
Heat milk, add sugar and yeast, leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour with the semolina, vanilla and salt.
To the yeast mixture add the eggs and beat well with a whisk.
Parts add the dry mixture, stirring thoroughly until smooth.
Then pour the dough in warm water and sunflower oil.
Remove the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours, covering the bowl with a lid or cloth.
During this time the dough is well rise.
