Step 1

To make chocolate discs. A cutting Board covered with baking paper. With a spoon put a small amount of chocolate paste Nutella (any chocolate spread) on the prepared Board. Then, beat egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar in a solid foam.

Carefully enter the proteins in the dough, stirring from the bottom up.

Heat the pan on high heat, grease with butter TM milieu and remove from heat for 10 seconds. Lower the heat to medium, return the pan on the fire, pour a tablespoon of dough. Let the dough lightly to set. Place it in the middle of a chocolate disk.
