Mini-cakes with the protein lace

Decided not to cook a great sponge cake like I usually do, and the little biscuits. Protein decorated them with lace, very elegant. Try it and you think you they will be thrilled.
Ingredients for Mini-cakes with the protein lace
- Flour - 75 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 60 g
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Powdered sugar - 0,5 stack.
- Citric acid - 1 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Mini-cakes with the protein lace
Start preparing biscuit dough. Eggs with sugar vzbit in the mixer at high speed until white foam.
Then in the prepared mixture add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix everything with a spatula from the bottom up until smooth.
Then in the resulting mass add the melted butter and lemon zest. Mix all until smooth.
Grease molds with butter and pour in the dough. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
