Sausage in Korean

It is unfortunate that in those early 90s was not such a luxury sauce "Kikkoman" (or maybe we didn't know about it), which from the simplest dish makes awesome!!! And just the usual sausages are in a different light, the color and taste!

- Soy sauce - 2.5 tablespoon
- Sausage - 300 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Ketchup - 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar - 0,5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Sausage in Korean
The products that we need.
First, thoroughly mix the soy sauce (highly recommend to take high-quality soy sauce, Kikkoman), tomato ketchup and sugar.
Peppers and onions cut into strips.
In the original sausages are taken malaucene. I took the usual, cut them and greater beauty has made them the cuts arbitrarily. Then fry them in vegetable oil, the fire little more than the average to a nice brown colour, 3-5 minutes.
Add the onions, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper and also fry for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the sauce.
