I offer yeast pancakes with nuts. These pancakes can be cooked for Breakfast or dinner and serve with sour cream, jam, honey and milk. Cooking them is quite simple and after some time you will show off on the plate a pile of pancakes. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Yeast pancakes with nuts
- Milk - 250 ml
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Sunflower oil - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 70 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Lemon juice - 80 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Yeast pancakes with nuts
Nuts grind in a food processor.
Combine milk and nuts. Bring mixture to a boil, add sugar and salt and boil for 3-4 minutes.
The nut - milk mixture to cool to 40 degrees. Add sour cream, egg, yeast "SAF - Moment" and the sifted wheat flour.
The dough consistency should be like thick cream — adjust dough consistency by adding, if necessary, a little more or less flour.
Leave the dough for 30 minutes in a warm place.
On lightly oiled with sunflower oil in a hot frying pan a tablespoon put pancakes. Fire reduce and bake on both sides until cooked.
Yeast pancakes with nuts ready.
To the nutty pancakes I made cream sauce. For the sauce take: lemon juice, butter (soft) and sugar. Beat with a mixer about 2 minutes.
Added to the weight of the cream and again beat with a mixer for about 30 seconds. The sauce is ready!
