Meat pies "Sun" our special family recipe that we often use when we want to eat something delicious. Cakes old well-known dish, but every housewife prepares it in their own way. I propose to try this new recipe.

Ingredients for Meat pies Solnyshko
- Milk - 500 ml
- Flour - 1000 g
- Yeast - 1 Pach.
- Butter - 1 Pach.
- Curd - 50 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Beef - 1000 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Black pepper - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 4 the tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat pies Solnyshko
Prepare the dough.
Heat the milk to the pair status, add the yeast SAF-moment. Add to the dough the flour, beaten eggs, melted butter, cheese, salt. Knead until smooth and leave to rise.
You should get the dough.
Skip the meat and then the onions through a meat grinder. Put in a bowl and add salt.
Roll out the dough with a diameter of approximately 13 cm, and spread the stuffing on the resulting layer.
Squeezing pressure on the crust and the garlic and add the mixture of black and red peppers. Cover with a second layer and cliplive them.
Fry the patties with more oil.
Get these beautiful patties. Recommend to serve hot with home-made sour cream or adjika. Depends on your taste preferences. Ready!
