In 100 ml of warm milk, add sugar, yeast (excellent quality dry yeast SAF-MOMENT, recommend) 2 tbsp. wheat flour.

In the dough add the remaining milk, flour mixture, stir to remove lumps. Leave for 10 minutes, until the resumption of fermentation.
The dough is "played". In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt, gently stir into the dough.
The dough is ready for baking.
Preheat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil, pour the dough and bake pancakes.
On each side 1.5 - 2 minutes on medium heat.
Grease the pan before each pancake.
Finished pancakes hot grease melted butter or oil.
Serve with milk.
Yield 16 medium pancakes.
