Ingredients for Hemp pancakes
- Flour - 150 g
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 300 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Melted butter - to taste
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Hemp pancakes
In 100 ml of warm milk, add sugar, yeast (excellent quality dry yeast SAF-MOMENT, recommend) 2 tbsp. wheat flour.
The milk and the flour taken from the total.
Stir, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes for fermentation.
Both kinds of flour mix in a bowl.
In the dough add the remaining milk, flour mixture, stir to remove lumps. Leave for 10 minutes, until the resumption of fermentation.

The dough is ready for baking.
Preheat the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil, pour the dough and bake pancakes.
On each side 1.5 - 2 minutes on medium heat.

Serve with milk.
