- Flour - 270 g
- Water, carbonated - 300 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Jelly - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Lean yeast pancakes with cherry jelly
In soda to dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast.
Add the sifted flour and mix well. Cover and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough is ready - the dough mix!
The pan is well heated and lubricated with a drop of oil, spread oiled spoon the dough - the dough is thick, remove the heat to minimum, cover with a lid.
Once the dough is on the surface of the liquid, turn it over to the other side and under the lid, bring to readiness.
Remove and place in a bowl, covering with a towel.
Served with cherry jelly.
