- Flour - 180 g
- Oat flakes - 200 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Ginger - 50 g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 1 depot.
- Pear - 2 PCs
- Butter - 150 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Brown sugar - 100 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Muffins with pear and candied ginger
Butter "milieu" mixed with honey and sugar, melt in a water bath, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Beat milk with egg.
Oatmeal grind, mix with baking powder sifted with the flour, chopped candied ginger, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
