Pancake galettes with ham, cheese and eggs. Great Breakfast for the whole family. Before I'm not prepared (in terms of toppings), and it was nice that home 2 days asked it is the beginning of the day.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Pancake biscuits with ham and eggs


Step 1

Prepare the pancake batter, enough for its lifting capacity.
A tablespoon of sugar to mix with the dry yeast "SAF-Moment" and dissolved in 150 ml. of milk.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar residues, intensively mixing the yolk and white.

Melt the butter until a homogeneous liquid state, allow to cool and add to eggs. All components mix, add remaining milk.

Sift the flour and add the yeast mass. Mix everything until homogeneous. Cover and leave for 2 hours to rise.


Step 2

Bake the pancakes individually, adding the stuffing, dividing the specified quantity of ingredients into 4 portions.

In another pan fry the ham (bacon), at the same fat to fry fried eggs of 3 eggs per serving salt, pepper.


Step 3

Fry the pancake on one side, flip it and sprinkle part of the cheese. From above to lay eggs on which to lay out the slices of ham.


Step 4

With a spatula to wrap the edges of the pancake for the filling in the envelope. To do so with all the pancakes, based on the amount per serving.
