Ingredients for Stuffed prunes with yoghurt jelly
- Prunes - 150 g
- Walnuts - 150 g
- Yogurt - 300 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Sugar - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Stuffed prunes with yoghurt jelly
Have walnuts to remove a film, fragments of the shell. Prunes to wash out.
Each plum cut into one side. Stuff nut.
Gelatin to dissolve in a small amount of water (I have approx. 100ml). Give to swell, and heat, not boiling. Or prepare gelatin according to instructions on the package. Natural yogurt (without this you can use sour cream), add vanilla sugar and sugar to taste. Stir until complete dissolution. The gelatin solution yogurt. Mix well.
Again, pour the yogurt. Put in a cooler until complete solidification.
Decorate as desired (see photo of melted chocolate).
