The dough roll into a ball and transfer to prepared baking sheet. To form a flat disk with a diameter of 20-22 cm and cut with a sharp knife into 8 pieces. Sprinkle the top with sugar (optional). Carefully separate the sectors from each other at a distance of 3 cm. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until Golden brown. Finished rolls to cool and cover with frosting.
For the glaze, mix the cream with the icing sugar. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon. Add in frosting and mix.
