The sesame seeds browned in a preheated dry pan. Set aside.
Ginger RUB on a small grater, finely chop the garlic.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
Add the hot broth and corn. Bring to a boil.
Starch diluted in broth or water.
Once the broth boils, lower the heat to medium, pour the diluted starch. Mix and cook 5 minutes.
While cooking the soup, beat the eggs.
The soup and season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat. Pour in eggs, stirring soup with a spoon to create the egg strands.
The finished soup spill on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs. For flavor you can sprinkle it with sesame oil.
