I love spicy and Korean food is no exception. I want to share with you the recipe of delicious carrot in Korean. It seems to me that this recipe is perfectly matched all the proportions and due to this carrot turns out very tasty, juicy and spicy to the taste. Try to cook, maybe you'll like it!
Ingredients for Carrots in Korean with funchoza
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 8 tooth.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 100 g
- Cellophane - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Carrots in Korean with funchoza
Here all the necessary products.
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a special grater for Korean carrot.
In the grated carrots put sugar, salt, vinegar and soy sauce. Nakrivo cover and all shake well.
