Culinary blog "Life is delicious" Galina Artemenko was found me the recipe for these amazing pumpkin cupcakes! Not done I have without some modification, but the result is very pleased! Tender, flavorful, with a crunchy sugar and spicy crust muffins will not take much time to cook, to please relatives with tasty pastries in the day!
Ingredients for Pumpkin cupcakes with a spicy crust
- Flour - 100 g
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 100 g
- Sugar - 70 g
- Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Pumpkin - 220 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 100 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.25 tsp
- Cardamom - 0.25 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin cupcakes with a spicy crust
In a bowl, combine two kinds of flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, mix thoroughly.
Pumpkin puree, eggs and vegetable oil to combine in another bowl.
Carefully punch a blender until creamy.
To combine dry ingredients with pumpkin mixture.
The dough is thick (slightly thicker than for pancakes).
For topping to combine the sugar and spices - cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. Mix well.
Put the dough in molds, filling them to 2/3, the top liberally sprinkled with sugar and spice topping.
Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
