- Milk ghee - 550 ml

- Flour - 300 g

- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Cherry - 60 g
- Sunflower halva - 100 g
- Sour cream - 20 ml
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Sesame - to taste
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cherry galicky sauce for pancakes
Heat a little ghee in the milk.
Beat the eggs, add melted milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, melted butter, yeast SAF-moment, mix thoroughly.
Gradually introduce the sifted flour, stir thoroughly. Leave for an hour and a half in a warm place.
On a dry pan, pour a little dough, spread over the entire surface. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
