Step 1

Prepare your ingredients. Oil will have to melt and cool slightly. Sift the flour.

Step 2

Beat eggs with salt. Still whisking, pour in milk, then water. Add the melted butter.

Step 3

Parts add sifted flour.

Stir until lumps disappear. Cover the bowl with film and refrigerate for 1 hour. While the dough is resting, prepare a filling.

Apples clean, cut into thin slices. Baking tray lay a baking paper. Lay out the slices, sprinkle them with sugar and butter is added.

Bake the Apple slices in a preheated 200 With the oven for 20-25 minutes, until soft.

Cookies grind into crumbs. I like it when more crumbs are larger then the finished cake to come across the crispy bits.

Bake pancakes. From this amount of ingredients I get 10-11 pancakes in a frying pan d=23 cm

Collect our cake. Detachable form (ideally with a diameter equal to the pancakes) covered with baking paper. Put pancake. Then a layer of baked apples.

Sprinkle Apple layer biscuits. And pour a little rum.

Repeat the layers as the filling. I get 5-6 layers. The last layer of filling, cover with a pancake, sprinkle it with sugar and pour the butter.

Put the cake in a preheated 200 C oven for 10-15 minutes. The sugar on top should be melted. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly in the baking pan. Transfer to a plate.
