On the website there are 2 version of this pellet, but I want to share one. In a small amount of warm water (about 100 ml) dilute the yeast with the sugar. Leave for 5-10 minutes, until the "cap".
The remaining water (200 ml), olive oil, salt stir. Adding a living yeast and flour. Knead the dough.
You can do it in the bread maker, mixer nozzle-hook or very carefully by hand.
The dough should not stick to hands.
Cover the dough and leave for an hour in a warm place.
After an hour our dough went well and increased in size.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, convection.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
I did a double batch, so the table 6 pieces.
