This recipe kept me very long in my notebook with recipes. Love lemon cakes and today I decided to share this recipe with you;) sweet and Sour sweet tarts for tea. My husband liked them very much. Just do not understand that I made them. Thought I bought in the store))What could be better than to surprise your beloved one and hear the enthusiastic compliments ;)

We will prepare the necessary ingredients
Cream: scrape lemons With the peel on a grater (without affecting the white layer)
From lemons to squeeze juice (about 150 ml of juice).
Mix zest, juice, eggs and sugar. If lemons are very sour, then sugar can be put more.

Strain through a fine colander to get rid of peel
Put on fire and when the mixture becomes warm add the butter "Michelle". Stirring all the time cook until thick.

Sculpt the dough with your hands into a ball and divide into 8-12 pieces depending on size Porlock. In tins put the dough and flatten small tartaletki.
In each mold put a square of baking paper and pour cargo (beans). It is necessary that during baking the edges did not fall down. The beans can then be put into a separate jar and use next time. (At the last moment I noticed that I ran out of paper and I used ordinary sheets of paper). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Then the load remove paper, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
The finished tarts cool completely. Fill each lemon cream. You may garnish with cream or other cream. I decorated cream butter and condensed milk.
