Sweet, delicious and nice cake for the lovely ladies and not only! Tender, flavorful.. definitely try to cook! My whole family loved it :)

Ingredients for Cake "Princess"
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Sour cream - 1 Cup.
- Soda slaked vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Banana - 1 piece
- Marshmallows - 2 PCs
- Whipped cream - to taste
- Butter - 200 g
- Condensed milk - 1 ban.
- Jam apricot - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Princess"
Break the egg into a bowl, add the sugar and grind white.
Then add sour cream and again mix everything.
Gasim soda vinegar and put it into the mixture.
Sift the flour into a mass.
Mix all with a whisk until smooth, to avoid flour lumps.
Preheat the oven at 165°, and while it warmed up greased form (diameter 26 cm) with butter and pour in it the dough. Bake cake 40 minutes!
And while it is baked make a cream. Butter cut into small pieces, place in a bowl, then add condensed milk and mix everything until smooth.
Then add jam (you can take any one you like) and whip the cream for 5-10 minutes.
Take out the cake from oven and allow it to cool.
Then cut the cake in half.
Next, spread one portion of cream, add the bananas and marshmallows (cut into 3 parts). You can choose a fruit to taste. You can put them on the cake, but you can stir in the cream :)
Cover the bottom cake with the top cake, decorate according to your taste and put in the refrigerator (6-12 hours). BON APPETIT!
