These pies especially interesting is the dough, because it includes feta cheese. Of course, you can substitute feta cheese. The filling can be either savory, according to Your taste.
Ingredients for Small plates meat pies
- Flour - 150 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Pepper - 50 g
- Green onions - 1/3 Puig.
- Salt - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1 depot.
- Sugar - 1 depot.
- Zira - 1/2 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Small plates meat pies
Feta and cold butter rubbed with flour and turmeric to a state of crumbs.
Add the egg and quickly knead the dough. Gather it into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator.
To prepare the filling, finely chop bell pepper and onion.
Minced meat fry in vegetable oil until the disappearance of the pink color.
Add all the spices and pepper. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
In the end, add onions and remove from heat. Cool.
The dough, remove from refrigerator and roll out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Cut out small circles, place a little stuffing and formed into patties.
