For my taste - it's the best cottage cheese muffins. They are so flavorful, delicious - and I want to swallow one, then another one... And maybe one...!!! And, most importantly, they are so easy to prepare. Cook them often and they always turn out so tender, so air with moist crumb and cheese-creamy taste. I hope that you will fall in taste!

Ingredients for Curd cupcakes with cedar strasheim
- Flour - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Curd - 200 g
- Vanilla - 1 package.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Leavening agent - 10 g
- Butter - 25 g
- Brown sugar - 50 g
- Pine nuts - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Curd cupcakes with cedar strasheim
Cook pine, streusel. Pine nuts crushed into crumbs.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and pine nuts. Mix well.
Add butter TM milieu and grind all the ingredients with your hands into crumbs.
To prepare dough. Sift flour, add baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Beat butter TM milieu and sugar until smooth.
One by one enter the eggs, still whisking, about 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese, mix well.
At the last moment add the flour with the baking powder and stir with a mixer.
