Ingredients for Roast pork with Apple and sage
- Pork - 750 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Sage - 1 vetch.
- Cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- The mixture of peppers - 1/3 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast pork with Apple and sage
Prepare the products.
In a Cup, pour 3 tbsp of soy sauce "Kikkoman" easy. Add the mixture of peppers.
The marinade for the meat is ready.
Meat put in a bowl. Add the cooked marinade. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator. (During this time I flip the meat 3 times.)
Prepare the 2nd marinade. In a Cup put the honey, mustard, cinnamon, and soy sauce (1 tbsp).
Apples clear from the seeds and cut into slices.
Put Apple slices in the prepared honey-mustard-soy marinade. Mix well.
Marinated meat cut into slices, a little before reaching the edge.
Between the pieces of meat put slices of pickled apples and sage.
Spread the meat with Apple and sage in a greased form. Cover form foil. Put in the preheated oven.
Bake 60 minutes at 180 degrees. 10-15 minutes before end of baking, remove foil.
Return the form with the meat back in the oven. Brown.
To serve, adding leaves of sage.
