- Beef liver - 250 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver with vegetables
Prepare the products. Potatoes boil until cooked in salted water. Cool.
